I offer online naturopathic care to those looking to optimise their health through natural medicine and lifestyle. Pathology testing (blood, stool, urine and saliva) is also offered to take a deeper dive into the underlying root cause or establish a baseline from which we can develop an individualised plan. I recommend a three part consultation plan 

1. assessment and understanding your needs & goals; this may include pathology referrals 

2. pathology results review and plan commencement 

3. review progress & maintenance or adjustment to your plan
